My favorite subject

This is my 7th semester of college, and the truth is that it has not been much to my liking, however, there are two subjects which are more of my interest, these are "Uso de la Tierra y Planificación Territorial Sustentable" and "Evaluación Funcional de Ecosistemas Naturales". This last one, even though I haven't dedicated much time to it, is what I consider the favorite one of this semester, and it deals with the integrated knowledge of subjects previously seen to explain under mechanistic models, the growth of plants and the variables that influence this process, such as the plant physiology and its relation with the diverse environmental factors like temperature, radiation, humidity, among others. 

We have also seen the relations of proportion that there is between some of these variables, to know for example how much water is needed to form 1m3 of wood, or how much O2 is released in that process, information that can be very useful to know the minimum ranges of precipitations that certain species require, and the rates of growth that they can get to have. 

In short, I like this subject because it basically consists of knowing in more detail the processes that influence the growth of plants.
